Recently retired from a career in senior Human Resources roles, Cindy Schwartz has now launched her boutique Human Resources consulting business, C. Schwartz HR Consulting, LLC. 

 

Cindy’s corporate work experience was with mid-size and large organizations primarily in financial services firms, with additional experience working in media and non-profit organizations. 

 

Her consulting business is focusing on working with small to mid-size businesses to identify potential Human Resources liabilities and process improvement across all areas of Human Resources. This includes recruiting, compensation, job descriptions, policy creation, performance management, employee relations issues, terminations, HR automation, benefit plan design and creation of diversity plans.

 

While researching the Medicare enrollment process last year, Cindy became very interested in helping others through this process and became a licensed, independent healthcare consultant focused on Medicare products. This part of her consulting business is focused on Medicare Education and Healthcare Recommendations.
